Sessions over 4 hours include a 15-20 minute break

A late fee will be assessed if invoices are paid late

You will be charged 2 hours of organizing time if you cancel your session within 48 hours

You will be charged 3 hours of organizing time if no notice to cancel was given and our Organizers show up to a session
